Best Puppy Small group setting; hour-long sessions. Held indoors at 132 Brackett Rd., Gorham
Foundation level training courses for puppies between the ages of 8 and 18 weeks of age, taught at 132 Brackett Road, in Gorham. A dog learns faster during this period than at any other time in life. Learn how to condition your dog/puppy to pay attention to you in distracting environments, without a leash. Obedience skills taught : sit, down, heel, recalls (away from other dogs and people), go to a mat, settle, remain until released, husbandry procedures, bite inhibition, and housebreaking. Small group setting; unique training issues addressed on site. Training is begun on the first night of the course; bring your puppy. Course handouts and a clicker are included. Older puppies may qualify for enrollment in this course.
